At Tasty Trails, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and transparently. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Local Deliveries (Accra & Surrounding Areas)
We offer next-day local delivery within Accra and nearby areas using third-party delivery platforms, including but not limited to:
• Yango
• Qargo
• Bolt
• Uber
• Other available courier apps
The delivery service used will be based on which option is most affordable at the time the customer is ready for dispatch.
Delivery Timing
• Orders are usually dispatched the next day after payment is confirmed.
• If God wills, customers may choose to schedule delivery up to two (2) hours earlier than their preferred delivery time. This may help reduce delivery fees if the initial courier rate is high.
2. Delivery Fees
• Delivery fees are paid directly by the customer to the courier upon delivery.
• Tasty Trails does not collect or control courier fees.
• Courier fees vary based on distance, demand, and time of day.
3. Product Payment Policy
• All product costs must be paid in full to Tasty Trails before dispatch.
• Orders will not be released or handed over to a courier until payment is confirmed.
4. Location Accuracy (Very Important)
Customers are required to:
• Enter their exact map location in the order form at checkout.
• The same location provided by the customer is what will be entered into the delivery app.
Tasty Trails will not be responsible for delays, additional charges, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete location details.
5. Nationwide Deliveries (Outside Accra)
We offer nationwide delivery across Ghana via intercity buses.
How Nationwide Delivery Works:
• Your order will be sent on a bus traveling to your city.
• Customers must collect their order at the bus station upon arrival.
• The delivery fee is paid by the customer directly to:
• The bus driver, or
• The designated person handing over the package
Tasty Trails is not responsible for delays caused by bus schedules, traffic, or third-party transport operators.
6. Responsibility & Liability
• Once an order has been handed over to the courier or bus service, delivery responsibility transfers to the third-party provider.
• We will, however, assist customers in tracking or resolving issues where possible.
